I have been paying for ALL of Frontier’s … Frontier Secure Products for 9 years. It has been a battle every time I needed to use any of the services that I pay for. I have spent hours on the phone getting passed from one department to the next so many times I can;t count. The ONLY REASON I am still with them is because I live in a fairly remote area, where they are the ONLY internet provider. If I had a choice, I would have dumped them at least 5-6 years ago!
I have equipment protection. That did pay off, almost. They TRIED to repair my Mac Book Pro Laptop, and revived it from totally crashed, but it wasn’t back to even half way to what it should have been. Three years later, and paying for the service, I need another repair. It took me three days of being on the phone 2 hours a day until I gave up.
It was like they intended to pass me from one department to the next, to the next, to the next. Every time I had to explain the whole thing, over and over, until I had enough of trying and gave up for the 3rd time over a six month period.
Then after that was finally resolved, ALL of my content in my “Content Anywhere” just disappeared one day. Actually, it was still there, IN THE GARBAGE!
I am a writer, and a website designer. I had A LOT of content! How do you get ALL of your content out of the garbage? ONE FILE AT A TIME! There was over 9 THOUSAND files in the garbage and they do not have a “Select All” option. Do you think that I could get them to fix it? NO! I have put in a dozen requests!
Finally I got a rep. that really seemed to care. He said that he got a hold of the TEAM that could absolutely get this taken care of, and they would call me back within 24 hours, but they never did.
Thank God I also had Google Drive, and One Drive, which have been FREE and they still have my content.
Conclusion … Don’t waist your money! The customer service SUCKS, their internet service is minimal at best, and they do their best to avoid giving you what the other services claim to provide.
