Ditto…. I have been paying for ALL of Frontier’s … Frontier Secure Products for several years . It has been a battle every time I needed to use any of the services that I pay for. I have spent hours on the phone getting passed from one department to the next so many times I can;t count. .It was like they intended to pass me from one department to the next, to the next, to the next. Every time I had to explain the whole thing, over and over, until I had enough of trying and gave up . The supervisors are of no help either. Very much a joke. They appear to know so much , but won’t take the time to listen to the customer. Each agent has a different solution which leaves one wondering if your system is really secure.

I have been paying for ALL of Frontier’s … Frontier Secure Products for 9 years. It has been a battle every time I needed to use any of the services that I pay for. I have spent hours on the phone getting passed from one department to the next so many times I can;t count. The ONLY REASON I am still with them is because I live in a fairly remote area, where they are the ONLY internet provider. If I had a choice, I would have dumped them at least 5-6 years ago!
I have equipment protection. That did pay off, almost. They TRIED to repair my Mac Book Pro Laptop, and revived it from totally crashed, but it wasn’t back to even half way to what it should have been. Three years later, and paying for the service, I need another repair. It took me three days of being on the phone 2 hours a day until I gave up.
It was like they intended to pass me from one department to the next, to the next, to the next. Every time I had to explain the whole thing, over and over, until I had enough of trying and gave up for the 3rd time over a six month period.
Then after that was finally resolved, ALL of my content in my “Content Anywhere” just disappeared one day. Actually, it was still there, IN THE GARBAGE!
I am a writer, and a website designer. I had A LOT of content! How do you get ALL of your content out of the garbage? ONE FILE AT A TIME! There was over 9 THOUSAND files in the garbage and they do not have a “Select All” option. Do you think that I could get them to fix it? NO! I have put in a dozen requests!
Finally I got a rep. that really seemed to care. He said that he got a hold of the TEAM that could absolutely get this taken care of, and they would call me back within 24 hours, but they never did.
Thank God I also had Google Drive, and One Drive, which have been FREE and they still have my content.
Conclusion … Don’t waist your money! The customer service SUCKS, their internet service is minimal at best, and they do their best to avoid giving you what the other services claim to provide. -

Someone did something recently (Wells Fargo says they did not and Frontier secure says the same) that now does not work with my WellsFargo online banking. So the Frontier technical service tells me to turn off the banking protection, they are conflicting. Why do I need to pay for this if it does not work with my bank? This is crazy. And Frontiers attitude, the supervisor is that they have not had enough complaints yet. Wow – how many are required, how do they judge unhappy customers, stock price?

when I signed up for Frontier internet I noticed I was being charged 12.99 a month above what my internet cost was. the bill was for Frontier Secure so I just thought it was a special way of itemizing the bill. I had the service for 3 years and just recently cancelled Frontier internet, assuming that was it. They are still billing me the 12.99 for the frontier secure even though ALL the people Ive spoken to have said the account is closed. No one seems to see that Ive been getting charged the 12.99 at all over the course of 3 years! Im going to just close out my account they are auto charging and they can bite me! Worst company ever! and like a lot of you, I never signed up for anything other than regular internet. Im not sure how they were able to charge me without my consent.

Customer service is non-existent. Very difficult to reach a person. When you do get a person, most likely they do not speak clear English. They read from a script but have no or very limited knowledge of their products.

I think these guys are crooks, I never ordered your service and some how you have my credit card number and are charging me every month even after i called 3 month’s ago and you said it would be taken care of and the only thing being taken care of is you stealing from me I’m contacting my attorney…

I use frontier secure for approximately 13 months. I considere it a piece of sh*t. Can never get a straight answer from ANYBODY, and nobody seems to know what the HELL is going on. Good luck getting any kind of refund out of them. I would’ve given them a zero but I didn’t have the option.

Started sending me a bill I never signed up for there service. Called to ask who they were and why they thought I owed them. They said because of something in June I have no idea what they are talking about. They are not nor have they ever been my provider.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing but problems at a higher than average price. They started charging me for Secure Identity Protection without any authorization. As stated by someone else, this is an entirely unnecessary product meant to milk you of money. I have no computer, no credit cards, and no online presence. I told them that if they didn’t remove the service, I would cancel their service (which I was planning on doing anyway due to their poor customer service, harassing calls to add services, and high fees). They didn’t remove any of the related charges, so I cancelled; just did it a little sooner than I would have otherwise. They’re still trying to bill me, but they won’t get anything (unless they remove the fees).
I would have rated them 0 if that had been an option.

Absolute worst company I’ve EVER been unfortunate to deal with. Nothing but problems for over 2 years. I have been hacked, scammed, taken advantage of, lied to and stolen from. And all if that was also done to me again by someone other than this company and they have never gotten back to me on their “investigation”. Beware!

Entirely unnecessary product meant to milk you of money. Numerous better performing Anti virus software exist for free. Basic built in wireless router encryption exists on numerous routers that can be bought inexpensively only once.

I think your CS is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I was on the phone for over 2 hours including being transferred and being put on hold. I have been hung up on 4 times as well as getting the chat ended for NO reason. I would not ever do business with you and will pass the word onto others. I find your company to be at the bottom of the list for CS. Your reps need to find a new job because they certainly stink at what they do.
