ASR has worked with top security providers and customers to develop our proprietary rating systems that rate each security company on items that are critical for consumers (you!) to consider when selecting a company and its technology. Our rating system uses both ASR’s expert review as well as customer feedback to produce overall company ratings and rankings.

Real Customer Reviews

Who better to listen to for advice than real customers who have used a product or service?

ASR collects reviews and feedback on each of the companies reviewed on our site. Customers can rate service providers from 1 – 10 based on their experience and satisfaction. The average score from all customers is what makes up our “User Score” rating.

Additionally, our proprietary rating system uses “User Score” as 1 of its scoring criteria – so customer’s feedback and ratings affect a company’s “Our Score” rating. If a company has poor feedback and ratings from its customers, their “Our Score” rating will be negatively affected regardless of how well they rate everywhere else – and the same is true for companies with a great “User Rating” value!
